As a Sales Support Assistant, you will be a valued member of the Global Education Supplies sales team, providing essential support that enables our Account Managers to focus on what they do best: building relationships and growing sales. You will play a key role in supporting the success of our outbound sales team, ensuring administration, quotations, customer onboarding and account management activities are delivered efficiently and accurately. What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Account Managers with quotations, customer requests and sales administration activities.
- Preparing and processing quotations to support commercial opportunities and customer enquiries.
- Managing customer records and maintaining accurate CRM information.
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers and Multi Academy Trusts.
- Coordinating account set up activities with Credit Control and internal teams.
- Processing project orders and ensuring information is entered accurately into business systems.
- Researching competitor pricing and supporting the preparation of customer quotations.
- Building knowledge of our product ranges and identifying suitable alternatives where required.
- Working closely with colleagues across sales and customer service teams to support business growth.

- Proven experience in an administration, sales support, customer service or office-based support role.
- Strong organisational and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to learn new systems, products and processes quickly.
- An interest in sales, customer relationships and commercial environments.
