This is an exciting chance to shape the visual identity of The Education People, including its sub brands and bring creative ideas to life across a wide range of projects. Why this role matters
As our Graphic Designer you will produce high quality visual content across print and digital channels. You will take ownership of creative delivery from concept to final artwork and ensure everything aligns with brand and accessibility standards. You will play an important part in brand development and the creation of templates and guidelines for use across the organisation, sub brands and the wider group.
What you’ll be doing
- Create impactful designs for print and digital materials.
- Deliver creative content for campaigns including flyers, social graphics, brochures, case studies, email assets, event graphics, merchandise, signage, basic animations and presentations.
- Produce basic video edits for use in campaigns and social channels.
- Support centrally run events, including The Education People Show, by creating branded materials and visuals.
- Create engaging design assets to support launches and service promotion.
- Act as a lead visual design expert advising on accessibility and best practice.
- Contribute to brand development work and help build clear brand guidelines.
- Create templates for PowerPoint, Word documents and other internal materials.
- Plan ahead for visual identity development and brand roadmap activity.
- Manage workload using tools such as Asana to meet deadlines and deliver high quality output.
- Drive improvements in design processes and explore new tools and methods.
- Stay aware of design trends, accessibility updates and emerging creative technologies.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in graphic design within marketing or campaign environments.
- Confidence producing artwork across social, print, online events and presentations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of design principles and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects and brands while working in a fast-paced team.
- Ability to interpret briefs, ask clear questions and deliver high quality work to short deadlines.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across teams and brands.
- Knowledge of digital and print formats and how to apply brand consistency.
- Aware of accessibility in design and how to embed it in creative output.
- Positive, organised and collaborative with a willingness to adapt and improve.
What you’ll get in return
- Salary of £31,680 per annum.
