Cantium Business Solutions are looking for a User Lifecycle Management Engineer to join our growing team, supporting secure, efficient and customer-focused identity and access services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in IT service delivery who wants to develop their skills within a structured, security-focused and customer-led environment.

Why this role matters
The User Lifecycle Management Engineer plays an important role in protecting system integrity, safeguarding data and ensuring seamless access management across internal and external customers. You will support user account lifecycle processes, permissions management and service request delivery, helping to maintain compliance, security standards and service excellence within a hybrid IT environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Support user account creation, administration, transfers and deletions in line with security, GDPR and retention policies
- Ensure Service Requests are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Assist with device allocation, pre-staging, configuration and delivery to users
- Monitor licence and stock levels to maintain service continuity
- Create and update procedures in SharePoint and publish Knowledge Base Articles in ServiceNow
- Support processing of 3rd Party Requests for Access (RFAs), ensuring protocol and approval standards are followed
- Work collaboratively with Senior Analysts and 3rd line teams to onboard new processes
- Contribute to UAT activities and automation initiatives
- Operate within PIM, PAM and RBAC models in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Maintain high-quality ticket documentation aligned to ITIL and Cantium standards
- Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards and uphold data security responsibilities
What we’re looking for
- Experience working within an IT Service Delivery environment
- Certified in AZ-900, MS-900, or SC-900 (or relevant certifications) would be a bonus
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams and licensing administration
- Understanding of PIM, PAM, RBAC and Identity Governance within Microsoft Entra
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar call management systems
- Aware of ITIL frameworks and working to SLAs
- Understanding of hybrid, on-premises and cloud environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Attention to detail and commitment to data security
