HR Connect, part of Commercial Services Group, is seeking a Lead HR Consultant to partner with schools on complex employee relations, change projects and strategic people initiatives. The role involves guiding headteachers, CEOs and governors, shaping services and delivering pragmatic, commercially aware advice.

You will lead on complex cases, build trusted partnerships and support continued development of our consultancy offer while working in a flexible, hybrid setup in Kings Hill.
