As a Pricing Coordinator, you will be a key contributor within the Lumina Support Team, playing an important role in pricing, reporting and data management that underpins sales activity and supplier relationships. This is a hands-on role where accurate data and clear pricing insight directly support commercial decisions.

This Pricing Coordinator position would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, Excel and systems, and is keen to develop practical commercial and data skills in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing pricing and data reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Preparing price comparisons and tender analysis to support sales teams.
  • Downloading, structuring and maintaining data in line with agreed formats.
  • Working with suppliers to gather and standardise pricing information.
  • Maintaining CRM pricing records and supporting data uploads.
  • Supporting wider Lumina activity, including sales submissions, credit checks, invoice checks and reporting tasks.

  • Strong Excel skills, including confidence with basic formulas and data handling.
  • The ability to spot errors, inconsistencies and pricing issues.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
