UK Teach are looking for a confident and people-focused individual to join their friendly team as a Partnerships Executive. This role would suit someone early in their partnerships, sales or customer-facing career, offering the opportunity to build experience across business development, customer engagement and campaign delivery.

The Partnerships Executive will play a key role in generating and nurturing new business opportunities, ensuring strong early-stage engagement with schools, MATs and education providers. This is a role where collaboration and relationship-building are essential, with responsibility for supporting outreach, campaign activity and pipeline progression.
What you’ll be doing
- Researching and maintaining accurate prospect lists to support targeted outreach.
- Conducting initial outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn to introduce UK Teach.
- Supporting the Partnerships Consultant and Head of Partnerships in progressing leads.
- Gathering and recording insights to inform targeting and engagement strategies.
- Building early-stage relationships and acting as a first point of contact for prospects.
- Supporting follow-up activity after meetings, demos and campaigns.
- Maintaining regular, professional communication to keep engagement high.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of targeted email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Creating simple campaign content and monitoring campaign performance.
- Following up on campaign responses and qualifying opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting reporting activity.
- Preparing materials for meetings, proposals and presentations.
- Collaborating with marketing, operations and partnerships colleagues to support team objectives.
What we’re looking for
- Proven background in education recruitment, sales or a fast-paced customer facing commercial role.
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging with customers via phone, email and online platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a relationship-led and customer focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using systems and a willingness to learn CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
