Who we are

UK Teach, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), supports schools and education professionals across the UK with innovative recruitment advertising, attraction and hiring solutions. Originally established as Kent Teach, we have built a strong reputation for helping schools attract high-quality talent and candidates find their next role in education. As we continue to grow nationally, we are investing further in our digital marketing activity to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive candidate applications across our platforms.

Why this role matters

This is a hands-on digital marketing role focused on driving measurable results. We're looking for someone who understands how digital channels work together and can use data, insights and optimisation techniques to improve campaign performance. This role will play an important part in increasing website traffic, generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates and strengthening UK Teach's presence within the education sector. This role is ideal for someone with at least a year digital marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of campaigns and grow their expertise in PPC, analytics and performance marketing.

What will make you successful

You’ll enjoy analysing performance data as much as creating campaigns. You’re naturally curious, commercially aware and motivated by improving results rather than simply producing content. You’ll understand how digital marketing contributes to business growth and you’re confident making recommendations that improve campaign performance, generate more leads and maximise return on investment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic and brand awareness.
  • Planning and executing paid social campaigns on social media channels, reaching candidates and school decision-makers.
  • Monitoring and analysing performance through Google Analytics 4, Search Console and other reporting tools.
  • Tracking campaign performance against KPIs and producing regular reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve website performance, user journeys and conversion rates across both audiences.
  • Supporting SEO activity through keyword research, content optimisation and performance monitoring.
  • Planning and executing email campaigns and updating website content to engage schools and candidates at key points in their journey.
  • Using CRM and marketing data to support campaign targeting, reporting and lead nurturing activities.
  • Managing marketing dashboards and providing insights to support business decision-making.
  • Conducting competitor analysis, audience research and market trend monitoring.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop compelling campaign messaging and creative assets.
  • Supporting wider brand and digital marketing initiatives as required, including events.

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Minimum one year’s experience in a digital marketing with hands-on campaign management.
  • Practical experience managing or supporting Google Ads campaigns (including Search and Display) and other PPC campaigns.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 to monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on performance.
  • Understanding of lead generation, conversion and digital customer journeys.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create effective marketing content.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience using marketing automation or email marketing platforms.
  • Experience using paid social advertising on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Experience within recruitment, education or B2B marketing.

What you’ll get in return

Salary of £26,000 per annum. 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off. Life assurance cover (4x salary). Pension scheme with 4% employer contribution. Additional benefits including retail and gym discounts, health cash plan and cycle to work scheme. Volunteer days and access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme. Tailored learning and development support with real opportunities to progress.

Why CSG?
