Connect2Kent are looking for a dedicated Executive Support Administrator to join their Business Intelligence and Revenue function and play a key role in supporting the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. This role would suit an experienced administrator who is confident supporting senior stakeholders and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly organised environment.

What you'll be doing
- Managing board and executive meeting administration to ensure accurate minutes, packs and attendance records.
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of board and SLT materials.
- Coordinating the Managing Director’s SLT meetings, including agendas, scheduling and documentation.
- Producing presentation materials and supporting collaboration sessions.
- Managing shared mailbox communications and meeting changes.
- Producing LinkedIn activity reports and sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Maintaining internal distribution lists to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Supporting FOI allocation and monitoring to ensure timely follow-up.
- Administering corporate credit card processes, including tracking and reconciliation.
- Supporting wider administrative and operational tasks as required.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an executive or senior administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills, including minute-taking.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
