The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in building UK Teach’s brand presence across the education sector, ensuring our events, partnerships and marketing activities deliver strong visibility, engagement and commercial impact. This is a role where collaboration, creativity and sound judgement are essential, with responsibility for coordinating exhibitions, supporting partnership activity and producing compelling content that enhances awareness among schools and candidates.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing Google Ads campaigns to optimise performance and support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Using Google Analytics to track, interpret and report on digital campaign performance.
- Producing engaging content across presentations, website copy, articles, social media and email campaigns.
- Working closely with marketing colleagues to design graphics, messaging and promotional materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative tools.
- Managing UK Teach’s presence at exhibitions and events to ensure strong brand visibility and smooth delivery.
- Supporting partnership and supplier collaboration activity to maximise awareness and engagement.
- Conducting research to identify new markets, collaboration opportunities and emerging sector trends.
- Tracking and reporting on event performance, media coverage and partnership outcomes.
- Providing KPI updates and insights to the Brand Manager.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities, budgets and timelines.
- Liaising with CSG Head of Events and HR Connect Marketing Manager on wider CSG/HR Connect events.
- Supporting wider marketing activity as required.
