UK Teach, part of the Commercial Services Group (CSG), is looking for a confident and people‑focused individual to join their team as a Client Relationship Executive.

The role is ideal for someone early in their partnerships, sales or customer‑facing career, offering the chance to build experience across business development, customer engagement and campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Research and maintain accurate prospect lists to support targeted outreach.
  • Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails and Linked In to introduce UK Teach.
  • Support the Partnerships Consultant and Head of Partnerships in progressing leads.
  • Gather and record insights to inform targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Build early‑stage relationships and act as a first point of contact for prospects.
  • Support follow‑up activity after meetings, demos and campaigns.
  • Maintain regular, professional communication to keep engagement high.
  • Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns using Hub Spot.
  • Create simple campaign content and monitor campaign performance.
  • Follow up on campaign responses and qualify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting activity.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and partnerships colleagues to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in education recruitment, sales or a fast‑paced customer‑facing commercial role.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging with customers via phone, email and online platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a relationship‑led and customer‑focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using systems and a willingness to learn CRM tools, particularly Hub Spot.
