Commercial Services Group (CSG) are looking for an attentive Business Support Coordinator to join their Community Services division and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of Landscape Services and Waste Services. This role would suit someone highly organised and detail focused, offering the opportunity to develop experience in business operations, data management and supplier coordination within a growing organisation.

- Our Community Services division encompasses two brands: Landscape Services, a specialist provider of outdoor maintenance and management services, and CSG Managing Waste, which provides essential waste management and environmental services to local authorities and communities across the UK.

This is a role where strong coordination and attention to detail are essential, with responsibility for keeping systems, documentation and processes accurate, up to date and audit ready.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing supplier administration to ensure accurate records and smooth onboarding.
- Supporting procurement processes to enable efficient ordering and supplier communication.
- Working closely with finance, operations and suppliers to maintain effective transactional processes.
- Maintaining fleet and asset records including servicing, MOT, tax and insurance data.
- Tracking key compliance dates to ensure timely renewals and inspections.
- Maintaining accurate supplier, asset and operational data across internal systems.
- Supporting reporting processes by ensuring data is reliable and fit for purpose.
- Contributing to process improvements to strengthen administrative and system usage.
- Providing general business support across the division as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience using Joblogic or similar systems is desirable but not essential.
