  • Create thought leadership and industry-focused content (e.g., insights, surveys, case studies, reports) to position the business as an expert partner.
  • Support business development by conducting client research, building intelligence profiles, and producing compelling pitch and proposal materials.
  • Manage the company website to optimise user experience, increase lead generation, and implement conversion strategies that turn enquiries into revenue.
  • Execute SEO and email marketing strategies to increase visibility, engage target audiences, and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Enhance consultants’ personal branding and visibility through LinkedIn optimisation, content creation, and securing speaking and thought-leadership opportunities.
  • Track and report on marketing performance, lead conversion, and revenue attribution, using analytics to demonstrate ROI and refine strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience, ideally in a start-up or early-stage recruitment agency environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent both clients and candidates professionally.
  • Proficiency in website management platforms such as WordPress and Webflow, or similar with ability to make design and functionality changes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum plus commission.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off.
  • Life assurance cover (4x salary).
  • Pension scheme with 4-6% employer contribution dependant on salary.
  • Additional benefits including retail and gym discounts, health cash plan and cycle to work scheme.
