Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Managing performance and continuously striving to improve Ensure orders are picked quickly and efficiently Checking orders thoroughly, to aim to eliminate all customer reported errors Ensure orders are despatched and labelled, strapped, and put into the correct areas for loading Carrying out regular Stocktakes Tidying, sweeping aisles, emptying bins etc Reporting any/all near misses, accidents or maintenance issues Completing all reports thoroughly and in a timely manner, including end of shift reports and weekly reports.
