Exciting opportunity to join our client as an Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be instrumental in maintaining key client relationships, driving operational excellence, and supporting the sales team through effective processes and precise administration. Key Job duties Build and nurture long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities where possible Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Redirect and escalate enquiries to appropriate departments when necessary Candidate Attributes Minimum of 2 years in a B2B customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
