What you’ll be doing
- Managing small scale IT projects to support delivery within agreed scope, time and budget.
- Supporting project planning, tracking progress and maintaining project and quality documentation.
- Monitoring risks and change requests to minimise impact on delivery.
- Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and customers to support project outcomes.
- Preparing reports and updates to support decision making and governance.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned at project closure.
- Demand Management, forecasting service needs and optimising IT capacity.
- IT resource management (ITRM), strategic planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience supporting projects, coordination or delivery within an IT or related environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- The ability to follow structured processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
- Prince2 Foundation and/or APM Foundation certification (desirable).
