This is an exciting opportunity to join The Education People as an Employer Engagement Officer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping inclusive employment opportunities and building strong employer partnerships. Due to the nature of work being carried out, an Enhanced DBS check (provided by the Company) will be carried out and this role requires a full UK driving licence and use of a personal vehicle, with business mileage reimbursed in line with company policy.

- Build and maintain strong employer relationships, securing meetings with decision‑makers and supporting inclusive recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with partner organisations, interest groups, and Job Centre Plus to strengthen joint working.
- Represent the service at conferences, networking events, and equality events.
