Cantium Business Solutions, part of Commercial Services Group, is seeking a Junior Helpdesk Engineer for a hybrid role at Kings Hill, Kent.

The position is full-time (37 hours per week) with a DBS check as part of the hiring process.

You will provide first-line IT support across calls, chat, and in-person channels, diagnosing and resolving issues while maintaining accurate incident records and documenting actions taken.

The role supports client systems and data security.
