What you’ll be doing
- Generating new business through outbound calling, LinkedIn activity and customer referrals.
- Managing a sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are progressed and followed up on time.
- Preparing tailored quotations and proposals using CRM tools and supplier information.
- Converting quotations into sales through effective questioning, listening and closing techniques.
- Working with the Support Team to deliver bespoke proposals for larger customers.
- Providing a high‑quality customer journey from first contact through to post sale processes.
- Managing ongoing customer relationships, responding to queries and ensuring timely communication.
- Conducting customer review meetings to support satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively managing renewals and identifying opportunities to upsell additional service.
