What You'll Bring: Connect2Surrey are looking for a well organised and process driven individual to join their growing team and play a pivotal part ensuring positive experiences for our internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be an advocate of the brand, maintain our relationship with Surrey County Council and our shareholders through ensuring all our candidates are onboarded effectively and efficiently and remain compliant to legislation and customer Service Level Agreements.
What You'll Achieve: As a Business Compliance Officer you will:
- Manage the end-to-end screening and onboarding process, ensuring all background checks, documentation, and verifications are completed before placements begin.
- Liaise with Hiring Managers, Delivery Consultants, and agency supply chain partners to align on expectations and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Monitor and resolve screening issues, conduct regular audits, and ensure all candidate files are actioned within 72 hours to meet compliance standards.
- Provide monthly compliance stats, support data-related projects, and maintain accurate records within the recruitment CRM.
- Identify compliance training needs, manage DBS and visa expiries, and uphold legal and audit standards across the recruitment process.

What We Require:
- Great working knowledge of recruitment compliance.
- Previous experience in an administrative post supporting teams
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to record, log and manage data.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written, particularly composing professional emails and letters.
