Job Description
Vehicle Service Advisor\\nLocation : Peterborough\\nSalary up to £35,000\\nWe are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join our clients established service team. You will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, providing your customers with a high level of detailed and timely communication, whilst working to exceed targets and up-selling the aftersales services.\\nResponsibilities include:\\n * Booking in vehicles for service, maintenance and repair.\\n * Greeting customers and processing all necessary documentation prior to work commencement.\\n * Keeping customers informed as work is progressed on their vehicles.\\n * Explaining the need for any additional work identified on the vehicle.\\n * Obtaining authorisation for any additional work identified.\\n * Actively marketing specific aftersales products to customers.\\n * Ensuring that vehicles are completed and returned in the required time scales.\\n * Handing back vehicles and providing a detailed summary on completion.\\n * Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments.\\nHours: Monday to Friday – 08:30 -17:00
