The Transport Administrator will support the team by providing and processing accurate information in a timely manner to all areas of the business. Using the latest Transport and Vehicle Management systems, you will ensure all vehicles are processed through the facility and ready for onward delivery nationwide on time every time. Working with Transport Managers you will collate all the KPIs allowing the business to meet and exceed the high standards required for clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales Executives and Management to process vehicle invoices, tax cars and register warranty information on vehicles.
- Ensure all customer data and vehicle records are kept up-to-date, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements.
- Managing a high volume of transactions and prioritising workloads.
- Work with Sales Management to provide specification details and transfer the correct paperwork with vehicles being traded.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls with drivers and clients.
