Accounts Senior Location : Stamford Salary : Up to £40k Full time – Office based ( Our client will consider part time hours but the role is not hybrid or remote ). As part of the Management Team you will be very hands on in all aspects of the Finance department. This is a great opportunity to join a committed and passionate team and build a career in a growing company. Responsibilities * Actively delivering the day to day management of the Finance Department and team. * Managing all aspects of Sales and Purchase Ledger. * Invoicing. * Credit Control. * Bank Reconciliations. * Management of Finance and reporting systems. * Creating budgets. * Submitting quarterly VAT returns. * Overseeing payroll. * Producing monthly management accounts and weekly reports. * Overseeing year end processes. * Managing utility contracts, and company insurances. * Overseeing company pension scheme. * Managing and supporting company projects. * Presenting to Senior Management team. * Resolving day to day issues. Skills and Experience * Qualified to manage finances in all disciplines either by qualification or experience. * Ideally experience of Xero accounting systems. * Strong planning skills and experience of working to deadlines. * Advanced Excel skills.
