Our client is a leading UK Rural Consultant, Chartered Surveyor, Agricultural Valuer, and Letting Agent with a national reputation for assisting with diversification due to their expertise, experience, and extensive network of contacts. We are supporting them with their recruitment for a Part Time Property Negotiator.
The role will be to assist the Senior Negotiator in purchasing residential investment properties with protected tenancies for established retained clients with cash funds.
