Location : Peterborough city centre ( Onsite free parking )
Salary : £24k – £25k + Team commission – OTE £29K
Hours : Monday – Friday 0830- 1730 ( Alternate Saturdays 0830 – 1400 )

Property Administrator
- The role is to provide general support to the Property management and lettings team.
- Issuing works orders, liaising with contractors and ensuring that works are undertaken to satisfactory completion.
- Qualifying applicants, boking and attending viewings.
- Creating legal contracts and documents for tenancy.
- Assisting with the management of new tenancy administration.
- Liaising with tenants to resolve tenancy issues.
- Processing invoices from contractors.
- Greeting clients in the office and answering incoming calls with enquires.
