This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with insurance experience, or experience within a highly regulated industry, who enjoys building relationships, converting leads, and driving business growth. This is a fully office-based position and does not offer remote or hybrid working.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and intermediaries.
- Preparing quotations, renewal terms, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Representing the business at networking events and industry conferences when required.
Previous experience within the insurance industry or a highly regulated sector such as financial services, banking, legal services, healthcare, or similar.
- Strong sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and customer service standards.
