We are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Retention Executive. You will be responsible for retaining existing clients, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities, while also engaging new prospects through targeted outreach. A key part of your success will come from interpreting data, understanding website traffic, user behaviour, and market trends to inform sales strategy and demonstrate value to clients.
