We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our growing team in Stamford. This role is focused on handling venue enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and delivering a high-quality commercial concierge service throughout the customer journey.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising revenue, building strong client relationships, and ensuring each enquiry receives a professional and tailored experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to venue and event enquiries via phone, email, and the online platform
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive sales techniques and relationship management
- Provide a concierge-style service to clients from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event spaces, packages, and services
- Prepare proposals and quotations accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, suppliers, and repeat customers
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and sales activity within the CRM system
- Support revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
