We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our growing team in Stamford. This role is focused on handling venue enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and delivering a high-quality commercial concierge service throughout the customer journey.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising revenue, building strong client relationships, and ensuring each enquiry receives a professional and tailored experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to venue and event enquiries via phone, email, and the online platform
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive sales techniques and relationship management
  • Provide a concierge-style service to clients from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event spaces, packages, and services
  • Prepare proposals and quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, suppliers, and repeat customers
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and sales activity within the CRM system
  • Support revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

  • Experience in hotel sales, venue finding or events preferred
