Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Junior to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. The successful candidate will assist with office administration, customer communication, order processing, filing, and general support duties within a fast-paced medical distribution environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with processing customer orders and delivery paperwork
