Our client, a growing and fast-paced commercial business based in Peterborough, is currently recruiting for ambitious and motivated Telesales Executives to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for confident sales professionals who enjoy working in a target-driven environment and are looking to develop a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities.
The successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing business customers, generating leads and driving sales activity through high-volume outbound calling. This role will involve making approximately 100 calls per day, so resilience, confidence and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Making high-volume outbound sales calls (approximately 100 calls daily)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent service
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems accurately
- Previous telesales, sales or customer service experience preferred
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Motivated, target-driven and resilient attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Local to the Peterborough area preferred
- Full UK driving licence desirable
- Base salary of £28,000
- OTE £32,000 - £35,000
