We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work within a busy Sales, Lettings and Property Management agency. We are looking for a driven candidate to join our clients team and be part of their growing success across the Peterborough region, bringing fresh ideas to the business and helping our client continue to grow!
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of residential properties.
- You will be pro-active in solving maintenance issues that occur during tenancies, communicating with landlords, contractors and tenants at all times to find the most efficient and effective solutions.
- You will manage, support, administer and co-ordinate the move ins, move outs, deposit disputes, inspections, viewings and inventories across the property portfolio.
- Working to the company processes, systems, policies and procedures.
- You must have strong administration skills, drawing up tenancy agreements, arranging contract signings and ensuring all relevant paperwork is received promptly including ID and right to rent checks, as well as deposit registration.
- You will be in charge of issuing notices accordingly to active tenancies in the legal time frame.
- You must be committed to achieving excellent performance and delivering an excellent management service.

- Strong planning, multi-tasking, administrative and organisational skills.

- IT literate in standard office applications and able to manage computerised databases.
- Full driving license (Your portfolio will cover the majority of Peterborough and surrounding villages, it is essential that you have a driving licence and mode of transport).
