We are looking to recruit a Customer Service and Sales Support Agent who will work to actively contribute to achieving retention and new sales goals as set by Senior Management. The role is to proactively encourage all stakeholders to use the CRM platform, ensuring full adoption and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in quickly processing and responding to enquiries. Resolving any issues, and raising tickets for technical support.
- Build strong relationships with clients by attending both internal and external events.
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify up sell opportunities and generate new sales leads.
- Deliver product demos to clients to showcase the features and benefits of the CRM platform.
- Help roll out new CRM developments, providing training and support as needed to existing clients.
- Manage Live Chat, answering client queries, directing them to relevant teams, and logging communications.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of internal projects, collaborating with various business functions.
- Assist the team in adhering to retention processes and strategies.
- Provide leads to the Sales team to increase listings on the platform.
- Provide support in organising and running mini expos to promote services.
Key skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programme i.e., Word / Excel.
- Good levels of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience in customer support or sales.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
