Our client, a leading estate agency in Kettering, is offering a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic, outgoing and confident Lettings Negotiator willing to develop in an exciting and varied role as part of a successful team. The job will involve working in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
RoleYou will be part of a team managing a large property portfolio, delivering high-quality lettings and management services as well as property sales to clients. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book lettings and sales valuations, conduct property viewings, liaise and negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants, and progress tenancies through to move in.
