Our client is a well-established specialist insurance provider with a strong reputation for delivering tailored insurance solutions to individuals, families, professionals, and businesses across the UK and internationally.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Business Development Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with insurance experience, or experience within a highly regulated industry, who enjoys building relationships, converting leads, and driving business growth.

This is a fully office-based position and does not offer remote or hybrid working.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and intermediaries.
  • Preparing quotations, renewal terms, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Representing the business at networking events and industry conferences when required.

Previous experience within the insurance industry or a highly regulated sector such as financial services, banking, legal services, healthcare, or similar.

  • Strong sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance and customer service standards.

Monday to Friday working hours, no evenings or weekends.
