Hours: Monday - Friday
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients team in Boston. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, as well as delivering excellent service to clients. Your duties will include:
- Handling customer enquiries
- Processing documents
- Task management
- General administration support
The successful applicant must be computer literate, motivated and proactive. This role would be suitable for someone who has commercial customer service experience. You should be personable, organised, articulate, able to work efficiently and proactively in a busy office environment. Attention to detail is absolutely paramount and providing an excellent service to clients at all times is imperative. An advantage would be strong experience in IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
