Account Executive / Internal Sales Administrator Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm (no remote working) We are working with a well-established insurance broker operating within the UK and international markets, currently seeking an Account Executive/Internal Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing business in delivering a specialist range of services to the insurance industry and clients.This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word and Excel. The position is office-based in Peterborough, and full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Process quotes and applications from customers for the purchase of insurance products, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Prepare relevant documentation to support customer communications and internal teams. * Deliver exceptional client service, with a focus on new business and renewal documentation. * Assist in generating new business enquiries through verbal and written communication. * Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events, both in-person and remotely, to develop business contacts. * Develop an understanding of the company’s structure and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients. * Manage file organisation and document preparation efficiently. * Ensure timely processing of workflow into relevant systems. * Monitor market trends and provide competitive intelligence to management. * Collaborate effectively with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
