Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 15 hours per week, working 2 days out of 7, at weekends, on a rotational 7am to 3pm or 2pm to 10pm shift

As a Student Experience Team Member, you’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding resident experience and overseeing daily operations for your property. You’ll work closely with the wider teams, ensuring your property provides excellent service and maintains a safe, welcoming environment. Leading by example, you’ll support students as they settle into university life, resolve day-to-day issues, and drive operational efficiency to meet performance goals.

Your background

  • Preferably, have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation, retail roles - but this isn’t essential. What’s most important is your ability to connect and act with integrity.
  • Exceptional communicator who listens actively, conveys ideas clearly, and uses appropriate tone and language in all interactions.
  • Collaborative team player who respects diversity and works well both independently and with various internal stakeholders.
