We have a great opportunity for a career‑minded professional to fulfil a key role in our Hospitality Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Hospitality and Marketing – Managed Houses.

The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of all digital marketing including websites, e‑CRM, SEO, paid digital advertising & social media. The candidate will have a strong background in hospitality marketing or a relatable industry with a key understanding & interest in digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain & develop our websites to be best in class
- Deliver key additional website projects as are needed
- Utilise the e‑CRM system to its fullest potential
- Grow covers & online bookings from paid activity
- Build best‑practice and insight‑led paid digital advertising, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive covers
- Continue to find ways to grow & develop new audiences and increase our emailable database size
- Be the champion of marketing data and draw insights for the department from the e‑CRM system
- Act as chief liaison for the key digital agencies across web, social, e‑crm and any other digital agencies that we are engaged with
- Manage the ordering app, zonal loyalty scheme and voucher management systems and deliver on these as required
- Support the wider pubs marketing team and commercial umbrella team on any other marketing initiatives, campaigns or promotions as might be needed
- Monitor and report on digital guest journey insights using Google analytics with recommendations across Corporate and Managed websites to increase traffic and interaction
- Act as key point of contact across pubs and houses for PR support
- Lead team to deliver best in class guest comms and campaigns
- Liaise with Pubs Marketing Manager to agree termly support plans for Managed Houses and Business Partnerships
Key knowledge, skills you'll need:
- Degree educated, and marketing qualifications a plus
- 5 years minimum experience in digital marketing with a good understanding of all platforms such as e‑CRM, google ppc, paid social and other outlets
- Hospitality experience preferred
