A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Dispute Resolution / Commercial Litigation team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading professionals on a broad range of high-quality, complex matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients professionally, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Producing accurate documentation via audio and copy typing (digital dictation)
  • Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
  • Handling billing, document preparation and file management
  • Maintaining organised filing systems and supporting wider administrative processes
  • Providing proactive support to fee earners and the wider team

Qualifications / About You:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary / PA within a law firm
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, discreet approach
  • High attention to detail with strong spelling, grammar and proofreading ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with systems such as iManage, BigHand or SOS Connect is advantageous
  • Fast and accurate typing speed (65+ wpm)
