- Operating tractors and mounted equipment to carry out grounds maintenance to a high standard
- Performing equipment checks and maintenance in line with manufacturer guidance
- Planning materials and resources while ensuring chemical usage complies with legislation
- Completing relevant documentation including site inspections and safety records
- Organising and delivering work efficiently based on site-specific requirements
- Maintaining a clean and professional working environment, reporting incidents or near misses
- Providing excellent on-site customer service and representing Landscape Services professionally
- Responding to emergency or seasonal needs such as snow clearance and flooding

In this key role, you\βll operate tractors and mounted equipment across a variety of outdoor sites to support high-quality grounds maintenance. - Experience operating tractors and mounted implements
- Sound understanding of machinery maintenance and health & safety practices
- Grounds maintenance experience (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and manage administrative tasks
- Comfortable working alone and adapting to varied outdoor conditions
- A Full (Clean) Driving Licence
- PA1/PA6 certification (desirable)
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent (desirable)
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (carried out by us)
