The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

You will be comfortable in your engagements with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements, providing options that support both retention of existing business and growth.

All product training will be provided – you will need to demonstrate the desire to succeed and the skill to communicate and organise your schedule.

Proactively generate new business enquiries using verbal and written communication, utilising direct channels, introducers, affiliates, and key brokers.

Convert warm leads and enquiries into sales to meet and exceed growth targets.

Identify opportunities to upsell and expand to the current offering to existing and potential clients.

Support existing clients with their insurance requirements, building trust and ensuring customer service remains paramount.

Provide dedicated support to our registered health insurance brokers and intermediaries, helping them generate and place suitable business.

Coordinate and manage appointments to negotiate and build relationships with new and existing partners.

Prepare quotations, renewal terms, and relevant policy documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Represent the brand at conferences and high-profile networking events, both in-person and remotely, to expand market presence.

Ensure all workflow is processed into relevant systems, maintaining accurate client records and file management.

Stay abreast of industry changes, competitor products, and market trends, providing feedback to management.

Adhere strictly to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and internal company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to and actioning requests accurately and within a given timeframe.
  • Handling inbound and making outbound calls to prospective sales leads and existing customers, utilising telephone and media tools available.
  • Understanding and following procedures in line with FCA regulations and guidelines in full.
  • Undertaking training and ensuring product and market knowledge is current.
  • Working as a member of a team and contributing to team meetings and performance.
  • Understanding how the functions of the role interlink and benefit other roles within the company.
  • Assist with various reporting tasks, administration and projects, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Essential: To apply you must have insurance experience.
