Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales operations? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven individual to join our Smart Technology team as a Sales Operations Administrator! You will report to our Sales Operations Team Leader and be the key link between major clients, suppliers, and internal teams, making things happen and keeping everything running smoothly. If you’re proactive, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and want to build a solid foundation in sales operations within a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Producing accurate, competitive quotes for major clients and processing sales orders with care and precision
- Owning the purchase order process, requesting, chasing and ensuring everything is in place before work begins
- Co-ordinating installations by raising purchase orders, managing delivery notes and keeping our master spreadsheet up to date
- Acting as the go‑to contact for orders, queries and shared inbox management
- Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer service and building strong, long‑lasting relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate work
- A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and get stuck in
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confidence using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
- The ability to work independently while also being a great team player
