Overview
EiS are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join their team. The Account Support and Business Administration Apprentice will provide vital administrative support to the busy Account Management Team. The successful candidate will support the EIS Account Management Team by delivering essential administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in contributing to the team\βs ability to deliver high-quality, value-driven service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead internal monthly contract review processes.
- Oversee and delegate tasks from the account management inbox.
- Organise and coordinate social value days and corporate events.
- Attend meetings and events, taking accurate notes, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Participate in customer meetings when required.
- Maintain ServiceNow account data, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare customer quotes using the price book.
- Raise purchase orders and manage supplier orders.
Qualifications
- A minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
