We are now seeking an Office Manager who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business as we grow.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting the Senior Leadership Team, and ensuring that the business runs effectively and efficiently.
This role combines operational enablement, administrative coordination, and people support — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as a central point of coordination across the business.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and policies to support smooth business operations.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in ensuring projects and business functions run efficiently.
- Report on project and operational metrics to inform company-wide decision making.
- People & Team Support
- Support onboarding of new staff and contractors, ensuring systems, tools, and access are set up.
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and company updates.
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Finance & Compliance
- Reconcile company bank accounts and file company tax returns and payroll records.
- liaise with consultant teams or external providers to support invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking.
- Assist in maintaining company compliance (e. g., insurance renewals, data protection, health and safety).
- Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office management, operations, or business support role (preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment).
- Previous experience working with the ERP system Odoo, or knowledge of accounting desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with digital tools (e. g., Microsoft 365, ERP, or CRM tools).
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.
