CFBUK Specialist Finance is a specialist property finance brokerage based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. We arrange bridging, development finance, commercial mortgages and investment property finance for property investors, developers and businesses. We are also principal to a network of appointed representative firms across the UK. Commercial Finance Brokers UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 736199).
The role
You will join a small broking team and run your own cases from enquiry to completion:
- taking the enquiry and completing the fact find and vulnerability checklist with the client;
- structuring the case and presenting it to lenders accurately;
- setting out the terms available so that the client can make their own choice;
- seeing the case through to completion, with a complete file at every stage.
Enquiries come from our existing introducers and from direct clients. Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate a track record of self-generation and will have their own client bank that they can work with too.
What we are looking for
- Experience of broking specialist property finance: bridging, development finance or commercial mortgages.
- Broking experience of business and asset finance products, as well as specialist property finance, will be considered a positive.
- Sound case structuring and good knowledge of the lender market.
- Careful, complete files. Every case is checked against our file standard.
- Clear, straightforward communication with clients, introducers and lenders.
- Confidence with a CRM and a case management system.
