Commercial Energy Solutions (CES) are a long-established Energy Brokers & Consultants based in Beckenham, South London. The role is office based preferably; hybrid or remote will be considered for experienced Energy Brokers. We are a people-based business who believe in a tangible delivery with client focus at all times. We are searching for someone who is motivated with a passion to succeed to join our team of Energy Brokers & Consultants in delivering core services such as Gas, Electricity, Water and Solar procurement.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will source new business and build a client portfolio whilst providing a high level of service throughout the contract life cycle. We will support you in developing your industry knowledge to increase your earning potential.
The Role
- Generate sales by calling, emailing potential customers, including upselling and cross-selling
- Preparing tender proposals, presenting quotes and securing contracts
- Providing market intelligence to prospective customers
- Maintain regular contact with the client base you build and develop
- Communicate client needs and demands to energy analysts and admin operations.
Our ideal Energy Broker should have the below skills:
- 3 years Energy industry and B2B sales experience is preferred
- 3 years B2B sales experience required
- 3 Years Telephone based sales experience
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Professional, assertive, and driven
- Good written and organisational skills
- Organised with attention to detail
- Team player
- Tenacious attitude – Sales can be a tough job, so we are looking for someone who doesn’t give up easily.
Package, Benefits and Culture
- Remuneration package consisting of basic salary (£30,000 - £40,000 subject to experience) plus commission, and bonus to give realistic OTE of £44-54k in the first year, £70k + in the second year and £85k+ thereafter.
