Your Impact
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will join the Deal Desk Team to provide operational support to our sales organization. You will be a key contributor to the deal cycle, helping ensure that sales transactions are structured correctly, pricing is accurate, and contracts are processed efficiently. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to facilitate the smooth execution of deals from inception to order entry.
- Facilitate the Deal Lifecycle: Serve as a primary point of contact for the Sales team regarding deal structure, pricing, and contract terms.
- Execute Processes: Follow established global deal processes to ensure deals are structured in alignment with company policies and financial guidelines.
- Manage Deal Flow: Support the end-to-end process, including pricing validation, order form creation, contract reviews, and ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Coordinate Approvals: Assist in managing the workflow for non-standard commercial terms and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to signature.
- Support Sales Enablement: Assist in providing guidance to the Sales team on pricing, quoting best practices, and the use of CPQ tools to improve deal velocity.
- Analyze Performance: Assist with the preparation of weekly/monthly reports on KPIs and pricing trends to provide visibility into deal desk performance.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure CRM data (Salesforce/NetSuite) is accurate and up-to-date for every deal processed.
This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our London office.

- Relevant Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment.
- Contract Proficiency: Familiarity with reviewing, editing, and managing redlines in customer contracts.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate internal resources to get deals across the line.
- Effective Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain process requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive attitude toward managing daily tasks.
- AI Aptitude: A genuine curiosity for using AI tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Salesforce CRM, CPQ (DealHub preferred), and NetSuite.
