commercetools is seeking a Senior Manager, Global BDR Function & Operations to lead and scale our BDR organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will report to the CMO and serve on the Marketing Leadership Team, driving enterprise pipeline growth with global outbound motions and standardized playbooks.
You will partner with RevOps and Marketing to align BDR activities with demand generation, define SLAs, monitor funnel metrics, and own global team performance and retention strategies.
