The GTM Operations Analyst is a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, sitting at the intersection of data, process, and systems. Your primary focus is turning raw sales data into actionable insights, maintaining CRM integrity, and improving how the sales organisation operates day‑to‑day. You will primarily be working closely with Sales leadership and RevOps. Beyond the core Sales Ops remit, you’ll also act as an embedded operational partner across the broader GTM motion – supporting Finance, Marketing, Partnerships & Customer Success with data requests, process diagnosis, and cross‑functional problem‑solving. Prior experience across this wider scope is a bonus but what matters most is a strong Sales Ops and Salesforce foundation to build from. This is a role for someone detail‑oriented and analytically sharp, but also practical and adaptable – someone who doesn’t just identify problems, but helps solve them. If you thrive on variety, take ownership of data quality, and want to be the person GTM leadership relies on for the right answer fast, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- CRM & Data Integrity
- Own Salesforce data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Maintain target account lists for sales reps to ensure focused territory execution.
- Define and enforce data governance (workflow rules, field validation, and SOPs) for data accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting or decision‑making.
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports.
- Track key metrics including pipeline health, velocity, win rates, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy.
- Serve as the go‑to resource for sales reps and leaders needing visibility into their numbers.
- Deliver regular reporting cadences and respond quickly to ad‑hoc requests.
- Process & Cross‑Functional Support
- Serve as a process knowledge resource across the GTM motion – understanding how deals move from opportunity to close to contract, and helping teams diagnose and unblock issues in workflows such as quoting, contracting, data and handoffs to Customer Success.
- Act as an embedded operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams – fielding ad‑hoc requests, identifying patterns in repeated questions, and turning those into self‑serve solutions or process fixes.
- Tools & Systems
- Manage the day‑to‑day use of the sales tech stack.
- Partner with Sales Systems on automation improvements, tool integrations, and adoption.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency – reports, dashboards, workflows, and data management.
- Deeply proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP & Pivot Tables).
- Confident utilizing BI tools – specifically Tableau, for data extraction and suggestions.
- Familiarity with the GTM tech stack, specifically tools like ZoomInfo and Clay (sales engagement, data enrichment, marketing automation).
- Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relationship‑driven – someone who can build credibility quickly with people at every level.
- Self‑starter comfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguity – you spot issues and bring ideas, not just problems.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and flexible – someone who identifies issues, proposes potential solutions, and is comfortable supporting ad‑hoc requests across different teams.
Note: Experience with AI tools for productivity, analysis, or workflow automation is a plus.
