The GTM Operations Analyst supports revenue operations by converting raw sales data into actionable insights, maintaining CRM integrity, and improving day‑to‑day sales processes. The role works closely with Sales leadership and cross‑functional teams across Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- CRM & Data Integrity
- Own Salesforce data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Maintain target account lists for sales reps.
- Define and enforce data governance (workflow rules, field validation, SOPs) for data accuracy.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting.
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports.
- Track key metrics including pipeline health, velocity, win rates, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy.
- Serve as go‑to resource for visibility needs.
- Deliver regular reporting cadences and respond quickly to ad hoc requests.
- Process & Cross‑Functional Support
- Serve as process knowledge resource across the GTM motion.
- Diagnose and unblock issues in workflows such as quoting, contracting, and handoffs to Customer Success.
- Field ad hoc requests, identify patterns, and convert them into self‑serve solutions or process fixes.
- Tools & Systems
- Manage day‑to‑day use of the sales tech stack.
- Partner with Sales Systems on automation improvements, tool integrations, and adoption.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles at a SaaS/technology company.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency (reports, dashboards, workflows, data management).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with BI tools, especially Tableau.
- Familiarity with GTM tech stack, e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay.
- Clear communicator who translates data into actionable recommendations.
- Relationship‑driven with the ability to build credibility across all levels.
- Self‑starter comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and flexible.
- Experience with AI tools for productivity, analysis, or workflow automation is a plus.
